Our change work
At Barnwood Trust we carry out change making activities towards our strategic goals of opportunity, inclusion and rights.
We are currently working towards 4 change programmes: Digital Inclusion, Short Breaks, Empowered Employers and Access to Nature; and our Funded Partner programme supports change identified and led by organisations and groups in the county.
