Andrew North

Andrew North is a lawyer by profession and worked in local government from 1988 until 2016 when he retired as Chief Executive of Cheltenham Borough Council. He now mixes consultancy work with Charity governance and lives in Cheltenham where, with his wife, he enjoys the cultural, sporting and retail opportunities offered by the town. He became a trustee of Barnwood Trust in August 2012.
