External Evaluation Brief

Barnwood Trust have recently formed a partnership with Gloucestershire County Council Children’s Services, and Gloucestershire VCS Alliance. The partnership involves an investment of £2.6million to explore better practice in the delivery and commissioning of Short Breaks activities in Gloucestershire.

We are inviting organisations to tender to be the evaluation partner on this new project – delivering data and insights to help shape a redesign of how these activities are commissioned – that we hope will have long-term impacts both within Children’s Services commissioning and beyond.
